Trial Classes
Trial classes are offered free of charge and are not eligible for a refund, as no payment is made for them.
Class Packages
Once a class package has been purchased and classes have begun, fees are generally non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss your situation.
Cancellations by You
You may cancel or reschedule an upcoming class by informing your tutor or our team with reasonable advance notice.
Cancellations by Us
If we're unable to conduct a scheduled class, we'll offer a makeup session or, where that isn't possible, a credit toward a future class.
